1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription or access tier at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Nivi Cyber Solutions support.
1.2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to paid services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle or prepaid period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Nature of Services: Nivi Cyber Solutions provides digital cybersecurity services, including OSINT intelligence tools and platform-based access. Due to the instant activation of services, secure infrastructure, and digital nature of offerings, all purchases are considered final.
2.2. No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for partially used subscriptions, unused credits or wallet balances, or account suspension/termination due to violation of Terms.
2.3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following limited conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
- Service Non-Activation: If access, credits, or services were not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our end within 7 business days of payment.
2.4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the above exceptions, users must:
- Contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide valid proof of payment.
- Submit a clear explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Disputes
Users agree to contact Nivi Cyber Solutions support to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with banks or payment providers.
