1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nivi Cyber Solutions website and Cyber Chitragupta platform (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Structure

2.1. Unified Services: Nivi Cyber Solutions owns and operates both its primary website and the Cyber Chitragupta intelligence platform.

2.2. Integrated Access: Certain services may redirect users from the main website to the Cyber Chitragupta dashboard for secure access to intelligence tools. This redirection is part of the same ecosystem and does not constitute a third-party service.

2.3. Service Scope: The Platform provides cybersecurity services including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), threat intelligence, digital investigations, and related analytical tools.

3. Service Eligibility and Registration

3.1. Registration: Access to certain features requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. Access Levels: Platform access is tiered (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Admin) based on verification, authorization, and subscription/payment tiers.

3.3. Device Binding: For security purposes, accounts may be linked to a specific device (e.g., MAC address binding). Unauthorized device access attempts may be restricted or blocked.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Engage in illegal surveillance, cyberstalking, harassment, or unauthorized investigations.
• Attempt to bypass security systems, authentication layers, or device restrictions.
• Extract, scrape, or misuse platform data or APIs.
• Share login credentials, OTPs, or account access with others.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content, including software, dashboards, UI/UX, databases, branding, and materials, is the exclusive property of Nivi Cyber Solutions.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

We may collect and process user data including registration details, device information (such as MAC address), and usage logs for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to such data collection and processing.

7. Payments & Billing

7.1. Paid Services: Certain features may require payment or subscription.

7.2. Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Nivi Cyber Solutions does not store sensitive payment information such as card details.

7.3. Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nivi Cyber Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Inaccuracies or limitations in OSINT data sourced from external APIs.
• Any decisions made based on intelligence outputs.

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if these Terms are violated, unauthorized usage is detected, or there is suspicion of unlawful activity.
